SC32F Touch Key MCUs

The SC32F Series Touch Key MCU is a family of industrial-grade Flash microcontrollers with touch functionality, based on the Arm Cortex®-M0+ core, operating at frequencies up to 64 MHz. The Cortex®-M0+ core uses a 32-bit Reduced Instruction Set Computing (RISC) architecture and complies with the CMSIS standard. The SC32F series offers strong data processing capabilities, featuring an integrated Direct Memory Access (DMA) controller for high-speed data transfer, a hardware CRC module, and a built-in 32-bit hardware multiplier to further accelerate data computation.

The SC32F Series Touch Key MCU is equipped with two internal clock sources: a high-precision high-frequency oscillator (HIRC) and a low-frequency 32 kHz oscillator (LIRC). Additionally, it offers two external crystal oscillator interfaces: a 2-16 MHz high-frequency crystal oscillator (HXT) interface and a 32.768 kHz low-frequency crystal oscillator (LXT) interface, both of which are multiplexed on the same pins. The internal clock sources and external crystal interfaces can both provide the system clock, and the built-in system clock monitoring module can switch the clock source to HIRC in case of system clock failure.

The SC32F Series Touch Key MCU delivers high performance and reliability, supporting a wide operating voltage range of 2.0-5.5V, and can operate in ambient temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. It also features excellent ESD protection and strong EFT (Electrical Fast Transient) immunity. In terms of manufacturing, the MCU uses advanced eFlash technology, with Flash write endurance exceeding 100,000 cycles and data retention up to 100 years at room temperature.

For storage resources, the SC32F Series Touch Key MCU provides up to 512 Kbytes of ROM, up to 16 Kbytes of SRAM (with support for parity checking), 1.5 Kbytes of user storage (similar to EEPROM), and 4 Kbytes of system storage (LDROM). The internal system storage area supports OTA (Over-the-Air) firmware upgrades and provides multiple programming methods, including ISP (In-System Programming), ICP (In-Circuit Programming), and IAP (In-Application Programming), allowing for in-circuit debugging and program upgrades with the chip powered on.

With excellent touch button characteristics and superior anti-interference performance, the SC32F Series Touch Key MCU is suitable for a variety of touch button and control applications. Its broad applicability spans across industries such as smart appliances, smart homes, IoT, wireless communication, gaming consoles, and more, covering both industrial control and consumer electronics sectors.
